Communication is key to any successful business. Without communication, it’s difficult to share information or know how customers are feeling about your product. That doesn’t mean you should ignore online channels altogether — especially since they are so convenient for consumers — but it does mean that any business owner should be looking for ways to connect with their customers in person as much as possible.

The cannabis industry is still maturing and consumers are learning how to navigate the ever-expanding universe of products available.

In order for brands and companies to succeed, they need to be able to communicate effectively and educate consumers about their products.

For example, let’s say I’m a newbie consumer who has never used cannabis before, but I want to try it because I’ve heard good things about it from my friends. If you’re a brand that wants me as a customer, you need to be able to tell me what kind of experience I should expect so that I feel comfortable enough with your product to buy it.
