Tommy Lee Jones and Al Gore: College Roommates Turned Political Pals
Believe it or not, legendary actor Tommy Lee Jones and former Vice President Al Gore were once college roommates at none other than Harvard University! In fact, Jones even gave the nominating speech for Gore at the 2000 Democratic National Convention, where he fondly reminisced about their days spent watching Star Trek and playing pool instead of hitting the books.
Though Men in Black star took a turn away from politics eventually, he knew very well that Gore would go on to make such a global impact in the field of politics.
